Contact Us

BiteBench is a small editorial team, but we read every message. We respond to every legitimate inquiry within three business days.

Editorial, story tips, and methodology questions

For story tips, methodology questions, press inquiries, and partnership requests from academic researchers, email editorial@bitebench.com. Please include a clear subject line and, if your message concerns a specific article, the URL. Journalists citing a BiteBench benchmark in a news story do not need to ask permission, but we are always happy to confirm the numbers on the record.

Corrections

For factual errors, broken data, outdated BiteScores, or anything that looks wrong, email corrections@bitebench.com. Please include the URL, a clear description of the problem, and any source that supports your correction. Our corrections policy is documented in our editorial standards.

What we respond to

BiteBench responds to editorial questions, methodology questions, correction reports, legitimate press inquiries, and academic research requests. BiteBench does not respond to public-relations pitches, sponsored-content offers, affiliate partnership offers, guest-post requests, or link-building outreach of any kind. We are an independent testing lab, not a media buyer.

Researchers and academic requests

BiteBench supports academic research on dietary assessment methods, food-database validation, and the measurement error introduced by self-reported nutrition tracking. Researchers requesting access to anonymised tester CSVs from past benchmarks can email editorial@bitebench.com with a brief description of the study, the institution, and the principal investigator. Access requests are reviewed by Dr. Lena Park and are normally granted within two weeks for non-commercial research.

How long we take to reply

BiteBench's editorial team commits to replying to every legitimate inbound email within three business days. Correction reports are prioritised ahead of editorial inquiries, because a factual error on a published page is a live problem that affects readers right now. If three business days pass and you have not heard back, please assume your first message was filtered and send it again.

Mail: BiteBench Labs, 2001 Timberloch Pl, The Woodlands, TX 77380, United States. BiteBench does not maintain a telephone line for editorial inquiries. Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it gives us a written record for every correction we process.
